Maintenance of multiple engraving machines

Focus on multiple fields, fibre-optic laser cutters, carving machines, sculptors, carvings.

I. Preparation for:

1.1 Check the power supply and clear the work surface.

II. Operational process:

No gloves were to be worn during the operation, so as not to be injured by carving knives and belts.

III. Closures:

1. Turn off the power supply.

Cleaning machine beds and surrounding sanitation.

3. Add lubricants to the slide section.

4. Maintenance:

Check the reliability of power sources, wires, switches.

6. Every day, the mechanical activity parts and fixed screws must be checked for robustness and reliability.

7. Frequent lubricating oils on the slide parts of machines.

8. To examine whether there is an abnormal sound during the work on the machine floor, and if an anomaly is detected, to notify the maintenance technician in a timely manner for maintenance, and

9. Cleaning of machine beds and surrounding sanitation is required every day during working hours.

10. Comprehensive inspections and clean-up are conducted and documented every three months
